I have been trying to think of a good way to start this blog, trying hard to find a way that would grab your attention from the very beginning.
But it is not my style, not who I am.
In the end, I decided to keep it simple and to-the-point, just the way I like to live my life. I am a Mortgage Broker, and this blog is to help me bring my knowledge to the world.
Why do I call this a "personal approach"? After 8 years of working in the industry, I found that most people do not understand mortgages as much as they should. There are a lot of information out there, but they often make it even more confusing because they are too technical. Yes, mortgage is technical. And it is complicated. Still, if I can explain it in simple language, you can understand it, and this blog is my attempt to do so.
This website is for my business and I do accept appointment booking here. However, this blog is about helping you understand more about home loans, mainly in Australia but many ideas will apply worldwide as well.
So welcome to my blog. If you are interested, you are more than welcomed to book an appointment with me. If you are just here for the knowledge, that's perfectly fine, too. I just hope you will find some use from these.
